It started with a whiteboard in a church hallway — a list of names, half-erased, that a volunteer leader kept re-copying every Sunday so she wouldn’t forget who hadn’t been around.
She wasn’t short on love. She was short on a system. The families who drifted weren’t unloved — they were just unseen, lost in the gap between good intentions and a busy week. Every tool we handed her was built for sales pipelines or event marketing. None of them spoke the language of care.
So we made something smaller and kinder. Not a database to feed, but a companion that watches quietly and taps you on the shoulder: “These five people could use you this week.” That’s the whole idea. Everything else in EasyTend exists to protect that one gentle moment on a Monday morning.
